Public transportation $ 9.500 COP
Leaving from the centre of Santa Marta:
- Take a buseta (1 hour driving – $1.500 COP) or taxi (30 min driving – $10,000 COP) going to Bonda.
- Ask to get off at the “Campo de Futbol” or police station in Bonda.
- Here you can take a moto taxi off-road up hill (15 min – $12.000 COP). Mototaxis are used to get up with people and luggage. However if you feel you have to many things with you, a good idea is to ask a third driver to get up with the luggage.
- In stead of taking a moto, you can also do a nice walk (1,5 hour from the Campo de Futbol in Bonda) and ask for Carpe Diem.
Coming from Tayrona/palomino to Santa Marta, you can also ask to drop you off in Bonda and take the mototaxi.
From Taganga the easiest is to get a taxi to Bonda (35 min – $18.000 COP) and then get the motorbike.
