A few months back we had a Belgain footbal juggler and artist, Stijn De Pourcq, stayed in Carpe Diem to help out with gardenwork and promoting the finca, and captured some beautiful footage of a lumberjack slicing some branches from a Campano tree that grew huge branches out a little too far for the safety of our guests and staff. Afterwards, one of the neighbors used the logs to make small pieces of art and artifacts as well as posts for one of our ecocabañas.
